This is construction management work associated with the installation of renewable energy power generation systems (solar power generation equipment).

【in particular】
●We will be responsible for coordinating with construction contractors, progress management, safety management, and creating construction plans.
●The site is the rooftop of a supermarket, factory, commercial facility, office building, etc.
●Basically, we often bring together 7 to 8 workers.
●Basically, there are no night shifts (there is short-term installation confirmation work several times a month after the store closes).
●The ratio of on-site work to in-house work such as document preparation is approximately 6:4.
●It is also possible for you to come directly from your home or from the job site without having to stop by the office.
●As I have projects all over the country, I have to travel several times a month (about 2 nights). (Accommodation expenses and daily travel allowance will be paid separately)

7:45 Morning meeting on site (Using a company car, I went directly from my home to the site on the rooftop of the drug store.)
8:00 Construction begins: Instructions on construction details, patrolling, photography (work will be left to subcontractors, and we will focus on issuing instructions and managing safety).

Salary details:

Monthly salary: 380,000 yen to 550,000 yen (including 30 hours fixed overtime allowance)
