A major agricultural machinery manufacturer has entrusted us with the production and revision of agricultural machinery instruction manuals. Even if you do not have experience as an immediate workforce, we have a system in place to support your growth through education, so it is an environment where even those with no experience can actively take on challenges! ■Job description: ・Write new manuscripts for instruction manuals and rewrite existing manuscripts based on the original manuscripts received from customers ・Give specific instructions to data operators and manage progress ・Edit manuscripts in Japanese and English, arrange for translations to other foreign languages, and check the layout As a member of the team that creates instruction manuals and technical documents, you will be responsible for writing and editing text. Specifically, you will create easy-to-understand manuscripts based on the client's original materials and give instructions to data operators. You will also be responsible for editing manuscripts in Japanese and English, arranging translations into other foreign languages, and checking the layout. ■Organizational structure: The department consists of 23 employees (1 department manager, 5 in Editing Division 1, 13 in Editing Division 2, and 4 in Editing Division 3), and this time you will be assigned to Editing Division 2. Division 2 in particular has a high percentage of foreign nationals, and is a department where we often communicate in English on a daily basis. Many people with no experience are also active, so you can join us with confidence!
