■Job Overview To solve management issues from a human resources perspective, you will be responsible for the flow from case identification to closing, and in the process, you will formulate solutions, assign professional human resources, and support the implementation. You will also be involved with the CEO and management of companies, accompanying them as an indispensable partner. ■Specific duties ・Identifying, acquiring, and developing connections with executives and decision makers └ As the target audience is the executive level, a more strategic approach is expected, rather than cold calling ・Meeting with clients └ Ask about the business situation and future growth strategy, and work backwards from the ideal to identify issues, prioritize them, and develop solutions ・Matching with professional talent └ Propose and conduct matching interviews with professional talent who can solve the client's business issues from our company database ・Projectize the efforts of clients and professional talent └ Formulate a structure, management method, and observation indicators for project success ・Accompanying the project to success └ Support and accompany close information sharing, progress management, and effectiveness verification to lead the project to success ■Attractiveness of the position ・You can interact with various stakeholders in promoting the business. Annual salary: 4.3 million to 10 million yen ・ We offer a base salary (highest in the industry) plus an incentive system three times a year. Incentives are paid according to the achievement rate, with a cycle of four months. ・ Annual salary examples First year: 6.5 million to 8 million yen (including incentives) Second year: 6.5 million to 13 million yen (including incentives) Third year: up to 30 million yen (including incentives) *Determined based on experience and skills. *The above amount is the annual salary, and the monthly salary is calculated by dividing it by 12. (Monthly salary includes 45 hours of fixed overtime allowance, and any hours over 45 hours per month will be paid separately.) *We have introduced a personnel evaluation system every six months, and the annual salary amount will be reviewed according to the evaluation. |
