Description		 Annual salary: 4.3 million to 10 million yen

・ We offer a base salary (highest in the industry) plus an incentive system three times a year. Incentives are paid according to the achievement rate, with a cycle of four months.

Second year: 6.5 million to 13 million yen (including incentives)

Third year: up to 30 million yen (including incentives)
