Job Description |
• Reporting: Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, year-end reporting with Revenue Manager RM’s oversight. • Forecasting: Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, year-end forecasting (with RM’s oversight). • Data maintenance: Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, year-end data upload/download from/to corresponding systems and rolling database updates (with RM’s oversight). • Yeilding: Responsible for rates, restrictions, inventory updates across all distribution systems and channels (with RM’s oversight). • Competitive set analysis: Responsible for daily rate shopping, analysis of current offers, packages, restrictions, distribution ways and channels. • Group sales support: Responsible for lead qualifying, quote generation, displacement, and feasibility analysis (with RM’s oversight). • Transient sales support: Responsible for data/reporting and agency/profile production analysis. Support with otas and fits contracting and distribution. Maintenance of extranets. • Revenue meeting: Responsible for preparing deep-dive analysis for weekly Revenue Meetings. • Ad-hoc research projects, data evaluation, trends investigation: Assisting with all special projects that require data analysis, revenue insights and data-driven suggestions to support strategies and maximize profitability. • Professionally represents the hotel in community and industry organizations and events. Manage sales activity & travel schedule. Responsible to act, performing, and being discreet according to Muwa Niseko/ Brand Policy, Procedures, and Standards Compliances |
