HCL Tech is a global ICT services company. We are currently looking for a new Customer Support Analyst to join our existing operations team. As the person in charge of client projects in Japan, you will be working mainly with the domestic team to handle user support and inquiries. Call Center/Customer Support ・Respond to inquiries about reservations and other matters from users related to education and training, mainly by email and phone in Japanese, and provide support and problem solving. ・Respond to inquiries, provide information, and solve problems from users/clients according to the determined Service Level Agreement (phone and email response) ・Understand user requirements and provide responses and services in accordance with quality standards |
