Job Description |
As a school manager, you will be responsible for managing the staff and instructors at our English conversation school (11 schools in Tokyo and Yokohama). [Major duties] - Guiding students on enrollment and withdrawal, and introducing services - Sales management, inventory management, purchasing requests - Staff training, shift creation and management - Regular meetings and collaboration with instructor managers - Maintaining and checking the branding of the school - Collaborating with school operations managers - Presenting monthly figures and creating materials at headquarters meetings Etc. *Clearance of scope of legal changes to job duties: Job duties may change in the future.
