・Sales to real estate management companies to deal with vacant rooms ・Visit real estate companies, propose leasing vacant rooms, and provide consulting ≪After joining the company, you will be assigned the following tasks according to your aptitude and wishes≫ [A] New purchase sales Visit real estate companies that have responded to us by fax, etc., and develop new business. Since customers are already interested in our company, it is easy for them to listen to your story. The person you negotiate with is basically the president. [B] Existing route sales Mainly visit affiliated companies in each area. Check whether there are vacancies in advance. Determine whether we can rent the room and visit with the necessary documents. Since this is route sales to customers who already have transactions, there are no cold calls or telemarketing. [C] Property guide sales Sales to introduce properties to customers who have already made appointments. We will guide 2-3 groups of customers per day. After the contract is concluded, the administrative staff will be in charge of the contract work. Other duties... We may also take interior photos of the rooms to be introduced and investigate the surrounding environment on-site. [D] Sales to guide customers This is an in-house sales position that handles inquiries received from real estate portal sites and connects them to field sales. *Clearance of scope of legal changes to job duties: Job duties may change in the future.
