**[Job Overview]** We are looking for a professional to lead the development of marketing performance evaluation and analysis tools for disease awareness initiatives targeted at the general public at a global pharmaceutical company. You will be responsible for driving projects to optimize performance reviews and progress tracking in collaboration with data science and technology teams. **[Position]** Marketing Performance Evaluation & Analysis Tool Development (Contract) **[Location]** Minato-ku, Tokyo (Hybrid Work: On-site 2 days per week) **[Number of Openings]** 2 **[Responsibilities]** - Design, develop, and implement marketing performance evaluation and analysis tools - Collect and analyze business requirements and collaborate with development teams - Design interfaces for data processing and visualization - Prepare reports and presentations on analysis results - Manage project progress, coordinate with stakeholders, and handle risk management - Support internal processes and systems (manuals provided) - Ensure quality control of project deliverables and review outputs **[Required Experience & Skills]** - Project management experience in marketing performance evaluation and analysis tool development - Experience in utilizing Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), multiple regression analysis, etc. - Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English for smooth business communication - Excellent communication and team management skills - Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities **[Work Conditions]** - **Contract Type:** Business contract (1-year contract, renewable) - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Compensation:** Negotiable based on experience and skills - **Work Style:** Office-based or remote work (on-site twice a week) This is a great opportunity to **visualize marketing performance and drive optimal strategies**!
