This is a problem-solving/market-in solution sales where you work with overseas partners to develop and provide products that address the issues facing domestic customers!

- You will personally research and develop overseas partners, visit overseas factories, and conduct quality checks and audits, all in English.

■Job Description
[Job Description]
・Meet with customers and hear their current issues and needs
・Plan product development paths with internal members
・Select joint development partners and consult directly (English)
・Conduct joint development and provide samples to customers
・Mass production after quality checks (including factory audits)
・Logistics route, selection of brokers, product delivery
*We will be responsible for customer interviews, selection of co-creation partners, consultations, product development, proposals, and delivery. Since we have a team of four sales/trade assistants, we will proceed with cooperation.
*If there is no company that can handle the needs of the co-creation manufacturer platform, we will develop one ourselves and conclude a partnership agreement.

Requirements

- 3 years or more experience in corporate sales in trading companies or manufacturing
*Experience in the steel or automotive industry is preferred
- TOEIC score of 750 or equivalent English proficiency
