◎ In-depth knowledge of financial services domains such as securities, banking, insurance, asset and wealth management
◎ Experience in technology implementation, business process improvement, operating model analysis and design, digital marketing,
or market and client analysis programs
◎ Demonstrated analytical skills and familiarity with problem-solving methods
◎ Confident, clear, independent communicator with the ability to communicate with clients at all levels of seniority
◎ Experience in client relationship management with emphasis on client expectation management
◎ Experience in project/program management, preferably as a lead PM
◎ Experience in people management/development – building and mentoring the capabilities of junior consultants
◎ Native level Japanese, business level English (e.g. TOEIC 800)
