■Job Description
Like any other company, lodging facilities also face many recruitment challenges, as they implement recruitment plans based on marketing and numbers.
For the position we are recruiting for, you will be responsible for solving our clients' management issues, with a focus on recruitment support.

As a brain for those in the tourism industry who are committed to the "hospitality" that each facility values, you will use your specialized management knowledge and industry knowledge to provide consulting on recruitment plans that will have a major impact on management.

Specifically, you will perform the following tasks:
・Listing accommodation facilities with management issues that are difficult to solve on their own
・Discovering recruitment promotion and marketing issues necessary to realize the "hospitality" desired by accommodation facilities
・Creating content with our in-house creative team and accompanying them from direction to delivery
・Data monitoring such as measuring the effectiveness of recruitment using marketing support tools/maximizing and optimizing performance
