Aircraft Leasing Sales Department

[Summary]
◇Developing investor introducers (tax accountants, financial institutions, consultants, etc.)
◇Developing new investors (targeting high-profit companies, high-income taxpayers, and other wealthy individuals)
◇Proposing aircraft leasing to corporate and individual investors
◇Responding to investment seminars *Working with the in-house PR department
◇Creating project proposal materials (project overview, project income and expenditure, tax effects, etc.)

◇Concluding various contracts *Working with the in-house legal department
◇Responding to existing investors (regular reports during the lease period, drawing out additional investment needs, etc.)

◇Developing new customer introduction partners and relationship management for regional financial institutions, accounting firms, etc.
◇Developing new customers and unearthing additional investments from existing customers.
◇Developing potential customers and unearthing additional investments from existing customers through regularly held investment seminars and introducers, etc.
◇Preparing project materials to make optimal proposals based on understanding customer needs gathered during interviews, and connecting them to project investments through presentations.
◇Since customer needs are diverse, close follow-up with investors (including introducers) is necessary.

◇After the project is formed, report on the project progress through regular reports (including visits) to the investor who owns the aircraft.

We are an aircraft leasing and trading company that specializes in general aviation (the aviation field excluding military aviation and scheduled airline routes).
Since our establishment, we have been leasing and selling various aircraft, mainly helicopters, to airlines around the world for about 35 years.
In terms of leasing, we have organized many lease deals for emergency medical transport (EMS) helicopters, and currently manage more than 60 aircraft, including EMS, around the world.
We have customers all over the world, mainly in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
The company is led by a management team with extensive industry experience, and our employees are a multicultural team with employees from Australia, Canada, the UK, France, Peru, the Philippines, Pakistan, and Japan, and internal communication is mainly in Japanese and English.
The fiscal year ending October 2023 sales are estimated at approximately 15 billion yen.

Description
◇Experience and skills are taken into consideration
◇If performance meets expectations, a bonus of two months' monthly salary will be paid in summer and winter (total of four months' salary) to achieve the theoretical annual salary above
