[CU (Consulting Unit)]

This is a new organization established to improve the basic skills of young employees and provide flexibility in career paths, and is a division to which employees in the Analyst to Consultant class belong.

This job is based on the assumption that you will be assigned to a project in the MC division, but those who join the company as analysts to consultants will be assigned to the CU division.

The CU division is characterized by not only collaboration with each division of the assigned project and OJT, but also time for OFF-JT by the president. (Implemented about twice a month)

※About the project owner's [MC (Management Consulting)] division:

This is a consulting team that provides end-to-end services from strategy to technology implementation, mainly to major clients in the medical industry.

Currently, it is a small team of less than 10 people, but we plan to expand in the future.

Technology implementation will be handled by our group companies (on-site and offshore teams).

As a consulting team, in addition to the traditional consulting approach of hypothesis thinking and logical thinking, we present and realize solutions that utilize our knowledge of international safety standards (ISO and IEC).

Our consulting style is "Accompanying x Personal x {Individual Strengths} = Driving Force for Change."

Working hand in hand with the client, we take the client's issues as our own and consult using each of our strengths. In this way, we aim to become a powerful driving force for pushing forward the client's transformation.

As outside of the project, we hold monthly study sessions and regular group meetings. We also have a ministerial system to promote organizational management activities with everyone.

Requirements		 [Consultant]
Experience in any of the following:
・Project management experience in system development projects (PMO acceptable)
・Practical experience in system development projects (requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, release)
※ Practical experience in some phases is acceptable

■Language
・Japanese: Business level (at least a level that does not interfere with internal and external communication, and the creation and discussion of materials for customers during projects)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 5000K - JPY 8500K
