・クライアントとのスケジュール調整、ミーティング
・営業やサービスに関する電話対応
・WhatsAppや電話で顧客に情報を提供する
・顧客情報をシステムに記録する
・毎月個人・チームの売り上げ目標を達成する
・各種報告書の提出
・クレーム対応
・社内の別チームとの連携、フォローアップ

Requirements		 【必須条件】
・1年以上のテレマーケティング、カスタマーサービス関連の経験
・基本的なパソコンスキル（Microsoft Office, Note Pad, Email）
・コミュニケーション能力、交渉力
・向上心がある方
・電話での業務が好きな方

自動車関連製品やサービスの知識
English Level Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730)
