The development of our group companies and services is expanding globally, including North America, the EU, Australia, etc., and in the future, there is a possibility that we will provide support by traveling to overseas bases as necessary. [Job Description] -Drafting, reviewing and negotiating English contracts -Responding to legal consultations from departments (researching laws and regulations in countries where business is conducted and analyzing legal risks) -Collaborating with legal departments and law firms of overseas group companies -Checking reports from overseas group companies, investigating violations of laws and regulations, and reporting to related departments -Supporting overseas bases and group companies regarding domestic and international laws and regulations -Responding to and establishing systems for compliance and risk management, including overseas group companies -Responding to cases related to M&A, new business development, alliances, etc. -Responding to overseas disputes and disputes We would like you to support the domestic and international service operations of the entire group as a legal affairs officer and contribute to the growth of our business and services in cooperation with each business division. We expect you to mainly provide support for overseas group companies and overseas businesses, but depending on the resource situation, you may also be required to handle domestic operations. The legal department is also required to respond flexibly and have a multifaceted perspective to changing services. Job Requirements |
Required skills ・Experience in legal affairs at a company (listed company, subsidiary of listed company, holding company, etc.) that requires governance at the level of a listed company (5 years or more) ・Experience supporting overseas subsidiaries or overseas businesses/services as legal affairs ・Business-level communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking) Preferred skills ・Management experience as a leader or manager ・Lawyer qualification Desired profile ・Ability to think systematically and institutionally ・Able to communicate smoothly both inside and outside the company ・Flexibility to choose the intensity of measures depending on the situation, without being bound only by "what should be" |
