Holidays	・Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays ・Paid holidays: 20 days per year (maximum 40 days carried over to the next year) <5 days during trial period> ・New Year's holiday (December 29th to January 4th) ・Marriage leave ・Breeding leave ・Disaster volunteer leave ・Maternity and childcare leave, sabbatical leave (granted after 5/10 years of service) * Annual holidays: 120 days or more
