We are hiring Help Desk Analysts! Entry level welcome! The Level 1 Help Desk Technician will be responsible for leading incoming calls to resolve and answer technical assistance and questions about common business applications. A consistent mindset of customer care, adherence to quality standards, and reporting are key qualifications for this position. You will also have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workflows. All Help Desk Technicians must evolve with the business needs of the Help Desk department. |
