| Job Description |
(1) You will travel to seafood processing factories in Southeast Asia (such as Vietnam, Thailand, India, Indonesia, etc.) to manage the production and quality of sushi shrimp, stretched shrimp, salmon, etc., and export them to Japan. (2) You will also travel to a seafood processing factory near Punta Anales, at the southern tip of Chile, South America, to manage the production and quality of sea urchins, which will be exported to Japan. "Procurement" You will be responsible for purchasing seafood products from Japan and overseas, providing processing guidance, production management, and inspection. Negotiating purchasing and procurement conditions with overseas local business partners' production factories (50%); issuing production instructions and management to local production factories (30%). You will accompany sales staff in charge of mass retailers and restaurant chains to hear about the products customers are looking for, and making suggestions about how long it will take to deliver at affiliated factories (20%). |
