A renowned pharmaceutical company is seeking an IT Application Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead IT strategy and implementation for business units, focusing on digital transformation. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop IT roadmaps and implementation plans * Lead the creation and improvement of business processes through data and digital solutions * Oversee maintenance and development of application systems for the Corporate Strategy Department * Coordinate with key stakeholders to deploy global platforms and applications locally * Research and integrate emerging technologies to support business goals * Implement initiatives to enhance digital skills within the business unit Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above * 5-10 years of experience in determining and analysing issues, developing systemisation plans, and driving execution through communication with key stakeholders * Experience learning IT fundamentals (software development processes, lifecycles, and related deliverables * Prior experience collaborating on global projects * Proficient in MS 365 is ideal * Possess valid ITSS level 2+ qualification * Proficient in reading and written English |
