Job Description |
The front desk clerk has four main responsibilities: (1) Managing hotel reservations (2) Various tasks from check-in to check-out (3) Managing various announcements, messages, and mail (4) Currency exchange and accounting at check-out. |

Job Requirements |
Required conditions (1) Ability to work night shifts (1-2 times a week) (2) Ability to speak English (TOEIC score is not important, but preferred) (3) Experience working in a foreign-affiliated hotel. Preferred conditions • Experience in managing the front office of a luxury hotel. ● Ability to read and write English at business level ● Basic PC skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) |
