Job Description |
Articulating the product's value and conveying it to customers through marketing and sales initiatives. Enhancing sales by providing support for sales efforts. Integrating market and customer insights into product development to foster growth. Aiding business expansion through the planning and implementation of Go-To-Market strategies based on thorough analysis of the company's operations and market conditions. Recruiting, training, and assessing product marketing managers. Enhancing the team's value by identifying and addressing challenges in product marketing. Recognizing and resolving collaboration issues between product and sales teams Establishing product positioning and messaging while collaborating with the branding team. Assisting in customer acquisition and awareness by speaking at seminars and events as a product advocate. Developing a system for identifying successful patterns in sales proposals. Creating a timely and accurate method for communicating product information to the sales team. Supporting the pursuit of significant sales opportunities for the organization. Systematizing and refining the process of gathering customer feedback to enable informed product planning. Designing a system to relay the latest customer and market information to the product planning team. Formulating the Go-To-Market strategy for the entire product line, including pricing, and developing and promoting market |

Job Requirements |
Any of the following experience Experience in product marketing for your own product, or experience in GTM as a product manager Experience working with a product-driven approach in marketing or sales promotion Ability to identify issues through analysis of customer information obtained through sales activities, user interviews, and quantitative and qualitative data Ability to verbalize the value of products and features and compile them into PowerPoint materials Ability to involve stakeholders (especially sales, PdM, PEM, designers) and lead them to a solution Experience managing a team of multiple people High verbalization and expression skills in Japanese (user correspondence, explanations to sales, creating materials such as proposals from a business perspect |
