Job Description Yaruki Switch Group operates eight diverse school brands, including the private tutoring school School IE, the English-speaking after-school care service KidsDuo, the bilingual kindergarten KDI, and the sports school Ninja Nine. In June 2023, we will join the TBS Group to promote wider corporate and brand recognition. We are looking for a public relations officer with a focus on expanding the organization and building a system. The goal is to improve sales and brand image for the entire Yaruki Switch Group and each school brand, and you will be involved in the following tasks. ■External PR -Press release creation, interview response, media relations, performance management -Various coordination and negotiations regarding PR work with each business manager -Proactive media interviews, project proposals -Coordination with PR agencies, printing orders, etc. -Operation management and direction of events, etc. ■Internal PR -Interviews, manuscript writing, and photography for the web version of the company newsletter regarding the brand and announcements in charge -Planning, schedule management, and various coordination for internal PR events such as morning meetings ■Other -Risk/crisis management PR, some SNS-related work depending on skills, experience, and the individual's interests |

Job Requirements |
[Required requirements] - More than 3 years of experience in public relations work at a company or PR agency. (Experience in advertising and promotion, internal and external public relations at a business company, or experience working at an advertising agency) - Interested in social conditions and able to have their own views and opinions [Preferred requirements] - Communication skills in English - Experience directing projects from planning to operation *Experience at a listed company would be a plus [Skill image] - Required public relations skills and experience: ① Writing ability. Able to create at least two news releases and in-house newsletter manuscripts of about 1,000 characters per day ② Experience in media relations (responding to inquiries, proposals, media caravans) ③ Creation and management of media lists, clipping (article search, report creation) ④ Experience in managing interviews and media events (press conferences, previews, etc.) ⑤ Other applied PR activities such as questionnaire surveys and SNS-related activities ⑥ Ability to gather information and plan new PR tactics and ideas ・ Required business skills: ① Basic PC skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, other software) and business document creation skills (proposals, reports, business documents) ② Experience using online conference services such as Zoom ③ Presentation experience Desired personality ・ Speed of processing work, accuracy of output (especially letters and numbers) ・ Balanced sense of politeness ・ Curiosity about people and new things, communication skills, honest and open personality ・ Ability to complete work and motivation to improve (creativity, flexibility, ability to derive answers) |
