We manage Mountain Side, a luxury condominium hotel located in front of the Happo-One ski slopes, and high-end vacation homes in the popular Wadano area of Hakuba. With the increasing number of inbound guests in winter, we are looking for energetic team members to join us! Job Description As part of our small but dedicated Guest Services Team, your main tasks will include: - Reservations Management - Marketing Tasks (SNS updates, website management, international advertising, etc.) - Guest Support & Concierge Services (answering inquiries, making reservations for activities, etc.) We are a company where employees are encouraged to enjoy their work and feel excited about what they do! During the winter season, the main role will be guest interaction, including front desk check-in/check-out and concierge services. All our properties have a self-check-in system to reduce staff workload, allowing us to focus on high-quality hospitality and personalized support. Our concierge service is highly rated by guests, making this a great opportunity for those who enjoy providing excellent customer experiences. Around 80% of our winter guests are from overseas, so this is the perfect chance to use and improve your English or Chinese language skills! |

<Requirements> - Japanese: Business to native level (able to respond to Japanese customers by phone, reply to emails, and write guides) - English: Business level (able to communicate with overseas agents and customers on complicated matters by phone and email, TOEIC 700 or higher) - Regular driver's license (AT OK) and commuting by private car are required. - Basic PC skills (Word, Excel) - Foreign nationals must hold an appropriate work visa <Preferred requirements> - Chinese - Adobe Illustrator (simple flyer creation) - Experience in the hospitality industry, experience using reservation systems - Experience in marketing and SNS communications - Store manager experience, store management, new business development experience <Desired talent> - People who like customer service and are good at "kind hospitality" - People who can input data quickly and accurately - Cheerful people with high communication skills - People who like Hakuba and want to make it even more exciting. |
