Job Description |
We are looking for a person in charge of recruiting and developing native and bilingual teachers to work at our English brand, English conversation schools for children. We are looking for someone who wants to use their English skills to help people grow and be involved in recruiting, and who can take on the role of team leader in the future. *There is a comprehensive one-month training program and a follow-up system during the probationary period (3 months). [Job Description] ■Recruiter duties ・Calling job seekers ・Responding to emails to job seekers ・Document screening ・Interview arrangements ・Entering and extracting data related to recruitment ・Interview responses (mainly Zoom interviews) ・Coordination with schools and business divisions ・Joining procedures ■Recruitment to FC corporations ■Orientation support ・Explaining the company and the process after joining ■Event planning and management ・Attracting and implementing internships and joint information sessions for students ■Supporting those who have accepted job offers until joining the company ・Monthly calls to those who plan to join the company ■Supporting new employees from the time they join the company until the end of their probationary period ・Monthly calls to new employees and cooperation with business divisions ■Participating in English meetings and meetings with foreign employees *Job content may change in the future. Job Requirements |
■Required: -Japanese: N1 or higher -English: Near-native level Experience in any of the following -Recruitment experience (regardless of employment type) -Experience as an English teacher ■Preferred: -Experience in the education industry ■Recruitment process: Document screening → Multiple interviews → Final interview *The number and content of the selection process may change. *Online interviews can be discussed. |
