We are looking for native and bilingual teachers who will work in our English brand, English conversation schools for children, and other areas, and who can handle job placement and dispatch work. We are looking for people who are interested in jobs that support people's growth and life, people who want to use English to support foreigners in their employment, and people who can be the leader of a team in the future. [Job Description] -Human resource and schedule management for native teacher dispatch staff at FC schools -Recruitment support for mid-career employee recruitment (including immigration procedures, housing, and orientation from application to joining the company) -Internal Japanese-English translation work -Management of dispatch staff for temporary staffing with the intention of permanent employment and negotiations with related companies regarding transfers -Operation of English conversation schools and customer negotiations *The job description may change in the future.
