Job Description ■Job Description
This position involves proposing CX strategies and specific measures for the overseas expansion and implementation of products and services provided by clients.

We will achieve positive CX and meet client needs and KPIs by focusing on DM (digital advertising) x EC (company EC and platform EC).

▼Specifically,

・Planning/proposing/directing client CX strategies (combined/integrated channel planning)

∟Understanding the current situation (including data analysis), visualizing issues, defining policy direction, specific measures/planning,

Proposal creation, presentation, implementation (collaboration and direction with overseas bases)

・Supporting project execution for overseas bases

∟Smooth collaboration/support, management, execution, negotiation, and facilitation with personnel in each country while collaborating with local members

・CX service development, business planning

While collaborating with overseas bases, we will proactively propose CX strategies and marketing measures for global companies,
and promote projects while communicating with clients and local members.
We will view customer settings as lines rather than points, propose integrated and complex plans, and follow up on their implementation at our overseas bases.

Instead of the commoditized service strategies of the past,
you will provide customer companies with customer experiences through technology and creativity,
and conduct product marketing and customer marketing (problem solving and creating fans).
You will aim to become a senior consultant while mastering new marketing methods.

There is also a possibility that you will eventually be sent overseas and play an active role as a manager.

■Education system
Basically, OJT will be the focus.

Requirements
<Required experience>
- 3+ years of advertising planning experience
- Proposal writing (current situation analysis and planning) and presentation experience
- KPI design, data analysis, reporting experience (ability to derive insights and improvement proposals rather than aggregation)

<Required skills>
- Business English (emphasis on experience in business situations, guideline: TOEIC 800 or so)
- Facilitator and negotiation skills
- Data aggregation using Excel, proposal and report writing skills using PowerPoint
- General knowledge of digital marketing
- Logical thinking skills
- Business negotiation skills with related departments and other stakeholders
- Communication skills to build friendly relationships

<Desired candidate>
- Ability to set client marketing issues and develop marketing strategies based on analysis results Those who can plan marketing strategies and measures

・Those who can actively communicate with clients and the field in business English

<Preferred>

・Experience understanding the current situation of client companies and planning marketing strategies
