Job Description |
■Work (Overview): You will be stationed at a client's site and will work at the in-house help desk. Main duties include -Responding to inquiries from employees -Kitting and replacement of broken machines, etc. -Asset management including license management -Management of response history and reporting to the service manager In addition, depending on your level of proficiency, you will take over help desk duties currently performed by employees. |

[Qualifications] -Experience working at a resident help desk General IT knowledge Explaining how to operate MS products and dealing with problems Including hardware failure response and judgment Simple network failure response (hub is missing, unable to print, etc.) -Experience with terminal kitting -Creating and updating documentation such as procedure manuals -Operating according to procedure manuals -Interpersonal skills to communicate well with staff -Ability to extract and list work content -Writing ability to write inquiry response history at a level of detail that can withstand later content analysis [Experience that can be utilized] -Experience similar to the job content |
