Job Description |
You will be involved in the following tasks for the e-book services that our company and our group are developing in Southeast Asia, mainly Thailand. You will be employed by our Japanese headquarters and will be based in Tokyo for the time being, but in the future, you will be assigned to an overseas local subsidiary company. Specifically: - E-book store operation management (formulation of budgets and mid-term plans, approval applications, and store operation according to plans) - Cooperation with related departments (facilitation with related departments at the headquarters for various tasks and reports on operation status, etc.) - E-book store operation staff management (management and training of staff at overseas local subsidiaries) * The conditions of assignment will be in accordance with our company's personnel regulations. In addition, the period and timing will change depending on the progress of the business, so we will discuss it after joining the company. Japanese manga and anime are attracting attention all over the world, but in Asia and Southeast Asia in particular, e-book services are expected to grow, just like in Japan. This is ideal for those who want to experience a growing business in a growing market. In addition, we have more than a dozen staff members assigned to various parts of the world, and everyone can work with peace of mind because the Japanese side supports them not only with their work but also with their life in the local area. In addition, the overseas group I belong to has many foreign staff members, so it is a truly global environment. |
