Job Description [Application Engineering Support]
Provide technical support for FAEs (field application engineers).

- Propose and explain new products

- Help resolve problems related to product technology and provide technical support

- Negotiate with technology-related suppliers, gather information, and provide it to customers

- Technical communication with customers’ applications

- Respond when problems occur, etc.
