[Required] ・Experience in contacting, coordinating, and summarizing with customers ・Ability to use basic tools such as Windows and MS Office products ・Ability to understand specifications and system construction diagrams ・Ability to read CSV and fixed-length files, and ability to edit and create files ・Usage of SQL (can be done while researching) ・Ability to use MS/DOS commands, create and edit batch files (can be done while researching) [Welcome] ・Experience in remote access to servers ・Experience in work related to EDI integration ・3-5 years of experience in operating and maintaining business systems (any type of system) ・Project lead (can be in a team of about 3 people) [Language] ・Japanese: Native ・English: Able to read and write documents, emails, etc. |
