Job Description	I am a PM and BrSE involved in development in cooperation with offshore bases in Southeast Asia. Last year, we launched a base in the Philippines, and next we are considering expanding into Vietnam. We are in the phase of expanding our overseas bases, including the Philippines. We welcome people with a venture mind, such as those who want to be involved in launching new businesses and those who want to lead a team with discretion as a core member!! ************ Since our clients are Japanese companies, meetings with clients are conducted in Japanese, while instructions to offshore and progress management are all done in English. We have Japanese communicators who can speak English, so Japanese proficiency of N2 level is not a problem. We do not sell offshore development because of low prices, but aim to respect the culture and customs of the country we are expanding into and manage it in a way that contributes to the development of that country. If you are interested in expanding into a new country, please consider this position. ▼Job Details ・Communication with clients, requirement definition You will work in parallel with the PM. ・System design ∟DB, application design ∟Infrastructure design and construction ・Creating or translating instructions for the Philippine side ・Task instruction and management ・Development progress management ・First review of development content ∟Source code review ・Quality check and quality control of development deliverables ・Feedback to developers and regular MTG ・Management of Philippine members ・Project resource management, handling estimate requests Our CTO will be involved in technical support, so we also welcome those who want to improve their technical skills. <Project Examples> [Education] "The Admissions Office (abbreviated as TAO)" is a new development based on the world standard application platform for universities and vocational schools in Japan and Asia. This is a joint development project that handles UIUX design, development, and marketing. Famous universities including Waseda University and Keio University have decided to adopt it. [Healthcare] Responsible for UIUX design and development of "Asyaku LIFE Training," a platform that enables collaboration between pharmacies, between hospitals and pharmacies, collaboration and cooperation between pharmacists, and centralized management of pharmacist data with the aim of raising public awareness of pharmacists. [Local government] Responsible for replacement development of a voice communication platform that connects government and residents in place of disaster prevention radio.
