[English support for trainees] We provide employment support and lifestyle support for foreign trainees working at our trading companies. You will be responsible for approximately 20 trainees. ・English interpretation/translation of English documents 〈On-site patrol〉 Visit the factory where the trainees are working and check the work situation. We will ask the trainees if they are working well and if they have any problems, and report this to the company’s personnel. 〈Accompanying to hospital〉 If the trainee is feeling unwell, we will accompany them to a nearby hospital. *There is a hospital within walking distance. 〈Life support〉 We will provide support for overseas remittances, shipping methods, and other matters, and take care of any problems with daily life or personal matters. 〈Document creation〉 We will create and translate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and work instructions. |
