Business Management We are looking for you to handle all development work related to the "Schedule Management" SaaS "Kurojika" series. While working on development implementation, we will also be entrusted with requirements definition, design, and support for team members. ▼Specific work content ・Product design and development ・Improvement of development structure and development environment ・Support for team members ・Technical support ▼Development structure We develop and improve features based on Scrum. By running sprints weekly and working toward a single goal with the entire development team, we maintain a development structure that is natural and fast-paced. *Clearance of scope of legal changes to work content: Work content may change in the future. [Required requirements] - Intermediate level or higher in Japanese business - Practical experience in server-side development using Java (3 years or more) [Preferred requirements] - Experience in developing SaaS products - Experience building systems using AWS (Amazon Web Services) - Experience developing web applications using RDBMS - Design using front-end frameworks (React, Vue) - Experience developing web apps - Team leader or management experience *Those who meet any of the above requirements |
