[Job Description] - Sales support for the company's products, provision of eyeglass lens design software, follow-up with existing customers, sales expansion, development of new sales channels, business negotiations with domestic and overseas suppliers There are no plans for overseas assignments for the time being, but you will be on overseas business trips half of the month. - While conducting sales activities for existing customers, you will be active in a wide range of areas, such as sales expansion and development of new business (currently Asia is the main area, but in the future North America). - The main negotiating parties will be local agencies (70%) and eyeglass retailers (30%), and most of them are purchasing staff. [Expected role] We are looking for someone who is excited about negotiating with various parties in each country in English and opening up new paths. [Mission] Our company conducts sales activities for customers in more than 70 countries around the world, including Asia, Europe, America, Australia, the Middle East, etc., with a focus on India and China. We will work as a team to think about how to acquire markets in untapped markets, from sales strategies to building trust. [Organizational Structure] - We have seven employees (one in his 60s, one in his 40s, three in their 30s, and two in their 20s). After joining the company, employees will learn their jobs through on-the-job training. - Because we are a small organization, communication within the department is lively. There is a lot of discretion, and currently, a young employee in his first year at the company is in charge of Southeast Asia and is doing his best.
