As a sustainability officer at this company, which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime, you will be responsible for promoting global sustainability issues, which are important management issues, particularly environmental initiatives and reporting, as well as communication with various stakeholders such as investors and NGOs! ☆This position will be a managerial position or a candidate for a future managerial position! ■Immediate work we would like you to do: ・Promoting sustainability (important issues), running the sustainability committee ・Responding to external evaluation agencies (CDP, FTSE, etc.) ・Responding to information disclosure (integrated reports, websites, securities reports, etc.) ・Project management (planning and managing sustainability-related projects ・Sustainability promotion activities ・Sales activities that incorporate sustainability into the business (image of MC business) ・CSR experience (especially experience in the environmental field (CO2, water, waste management, etc.)) ■Future work we would like you to do: ・Corporate planning work (vision, mission, strategy formulation, goal setting, etc.) ・Management meeting secretariat operation (scheduled to start this fiscal year) ・Management of the board of directors secretariat operation, etc. [Corporate culture/culture] The company has a calm culture and employees are very reliant on it.
