[Job Details] In order to produce and support leaders who create new value for society, we will consider and execute various events such as revitalizing Japan's largest MBA student community, business conferences (Asuka Conference), and school events, and plan and manage services. This job involves creating experiences that are unique to Globis for students and increasing their loyalty. In addition, this position is expected to lead the organization as a leader in the future, with an eye toward environmental changes. ① Revitalizing Japan's largest MBA student community We plan and implement various measures to revitalize the graduate school student and alumni community. For example, there are over 80 officially recognized clubs and circle activities nationwide that are run primarily by students, and they play an important role in developing skills and building personal networks. We hold study sessions for the organizers of each club, plan events for new students together with the organizers, and think about and implement various measures to revitalize the community. In addition, in homeroom classes called "sections" (each section has about 40 people), the secretariat will act as a homeroom teacher and accompany students from enrollment to graduation. ② Events/Community Marketing In order to increase student loyalty and promote Globis' branding, you can plan content such as creating email newsletters for current and former students, and reporting on student activities, business achievements, and activities, and then disseminate it both inside and outside the company (such as event reports for official club activities). In addition, in conjunction with various events, we work with the marketing department to engage in social media marketing using SNS, etc., to spread the appeal of Globis to many people. ③ Planning/management of events and conferences We plan and manage various events such as school-specific events such as entrance ceremonies and graduation ceremonies, as well as business conferences and business seminars with a capacity of 1,500 people, known as the Asuka Conference. We sometimes plan and manage events together with students, which allows us to deepen our connections with students (specific example: the activities of the Asuka Conference student planning committee). ④ Support for career development We provide various consultations to help students develop the careers they desire. Through communication with students, we get a feel for what worries and anxieties they have, and think about and shape what kind of support we can provide in terms of course enrollment, networking, etc. ⑤ Planning/operating collaborations with other companies In order to create new opportunities for current students and alumni to thrive, we will enter into business partnerships with other companies and plan and operate new services, while considering what is needed in the current era and the needs of our alumni. |
