■Job Description As a general affairs officer for a Japanese company, you will be responsible for HR, finance and administrative work. The main duties are as follows: 1. Comprehensive HR work such as payroll calculations for Japanese company employees, attendance management, employee insurance, withholding tax and resident tax, employee relations processing, and recruitment liaison. 2. Financial work includes petty cash management, employee expense settlement, corporate expenditure project management and cashiering, sales data and inventory statistical recording, etc. 3. Daily administrative work includes expense management, procurement of office assets and welfare items, support for business meetings, property-related liaison work (calculation and payment of property expenses, placement and management of cleaning staff, etc.). 4. As an important bridge between companies and employees, you will create a good culture and work environment for Japanese companies. |

| Job Requirements |
1. Academic background of a general university or higher, finance-related expertise is preferred 2. Fluent in Chinese and Japanese (N1), with more than 3 years of work experience, of which more than 2 years are in HR/finance-related work in Japan 3. Familiar with the Japanese employment environment and related laws and regulations, with comprehensive HR experience or in-depth experience in specific HR modules 4. Experience in the smart hardware/Internet industry is preferred 5. Self-motivated, good at thinking and exploring, serious, responsible, straightforward, efficient work processing ability, and adaptable to the rapid development of the company 6. Excellent communication skills and teamwork consciousness, strong affinity, and the ability to create a positive and respectful work environment are preferred |
