• Consultative Design & Creative Solution Supports for Clients • Develop a strategy tailored to each brand client's unique goals and challenges of creatives, aligning it with industry trends and creative best practices. • Lead a team of creative designers to execute on the creative Strategy. • Leverage your expertise in Branding, E-commerce, and D2C design to create compelling, conversiondriven web and mobile experiences. • Collaborate closely with the design team to craft exceptional UI/UX solutions that enhance the user journey and drive higher sales conversions. Business Growth • Identify and onboard new client accounts, with a strategic focus on brand companies seeking DX support and innovative solutions. • Explore and leverage opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our services to existing clients, contributing to sustained business growth. • Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base, diversify revenue streams, and maximize market penetration. Client Relationship • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional creative solutions. • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand, objectives, and aspirations. PROFILE & EXPERIENCE • Proven experience in design and digital creative creation, with a focus on Branding, E-commerce, and D2C. • A strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful Branding, E-commerce, and D2C projects. • Exceptional project management skills. • Leadership and team management experience. • Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices. • Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud. • Client-focused with a keen eye for detail. • Business networks with potential clients of digital business. • Full Professional level Japanese and English |
