| Job Description |
* Create demand plans for a group of products by utilizing statistical forecasting methods and incorporating commercial data * Collaborate with commercial and supply teams to maintain forecasting accuracy and stable supply chain execution Description * Collaborate with Commercial Department to understand customers' needs and align on demand plan * Create demand plans by analyzing historical sales trends and utilizing statistical forecasting methods * Participate in integrated business planning activities, partnering closely with supply teams to align on production capacity * Maintain all relevant data and reports, such as inventory data, demand forecasts, and promotional plans Profile * Minimum 3 years of demand and/or supply planning experience * Experience in food or chemicals industry preferred * Solid analytical skills and experienced Excel user * Fluent Japanese skills required and business level English skills preferred * Must be a resident of Japan and/or must hold a valid working visa for Japan Job Offer * Global B2B food company with a strong presence in the Japan market (as well as worldwide) * Opportunity to work as part of a global team with an overseas report line * Opportunity to handle demand planning for multiple product lines * Competitive salary package and benefits * Hybrid remote work system available To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
