【Your Role】 In the R&D team of the New Business Development Department, you will be in charge of the air conditioning optimization solution business. The company provides air conditioning optimization solutions by controlling the operation of large heat source equipment and building air conditioning. You will be responsible for the development of products that use machine learning/reinforcement learning technology to predict air conditioning demand and optimize the operation of air conditioning equipment based on the predictions. 【Responsibilities】 ・Contract development for air conditioning equipment manufacturers ・Development of cost-saving air conditioning equipment operation control systems for district heating and cooling and large heat sources ・Product development of air conditioning optimization systems ・Client negotiation and control in cooperation with the sales team |

【Required】 ・Knowledge and experience in AI, machine learning, and DeepLearning (especially programming experience in Python) ・Knowledge and practical experience in optimization and automatic control of systems, plants, and factories, or knowledge and practical experience in data mining, sensor data analysis, time series prediction, and statistical causal inference ・Basic English language skills (reading and writing skills required from a research perspective) 【Preferred】 ・Knowledge and practical experience in multi-objective optimization, model predictive control, reinforcement learning, and simulator construction ・Practical experience in optimization of systems, plants, and factories using model predictive control and reinforcement learning ・Experience in simulation using EnergyPlus |
