Job Description	Overview The company is looking for a data scientist and project manager who can bring comprehensive data-driven support from the problem definition part to on-site implementation, with the aim of bringing change to the business models of client companies through data x AI. The AI Development Team provides consulting services related to data utilization, focusing on mid-size AI model and system development projects, and provides work in a client-aligned manner as on-the-job training in order to bring these tasks in-house at the client company. In this position, you will be responsible for client interviews, proposals, approach design, development, and operations. You will be responsible for identifying critical phases in the various phases of multiple projects and supporting team members in their pursuit of maximizing client value. As the head of the team, you will lead consultants and data scientists, manage multiple projects across the board, and work with the management team to grow the AI development business.
