| Job Description |
As a front-end engineer, you will be part of a team of talented engineers thriving for the most advanced and maintainable front-end technologies. You will work with an in-house large-scale front-end framework and multiple universal web applications that are connected with sophisticated microservice back-end systems. Be part of a globally diverse team where English is used as the primary language for communication. They are using agile methodology to maximize team productivity and developer experience. While maintaining high coding standard and ideal architecture among front end engineers, you will be working in lively cross-functional scrums to discuss, develop, and deliver new exciting improvements to customers. What you will do: - Design and improve large-scale front-end architecture and its core frameworks - Lead and develop innovative and intuitive components in UI library - Collaborate with back-end engineers to build seamless API connectivities - Research, develop, and bring in new web technologies Work with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to create new ground-breaking features - Maximize capacity of applications to support rapid expansion - Improve performance, reliability, maintainability, and quality of products - Coach junior members in technical skills - Increase developer experience in the team |

| Job Requirements |
- 4+ years of experience in front-end web application development using: JavaScript/Typescript, React, Redux, Webpack, Yarn/npm, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, RESTful API - Solid understanding of single page applications with server-side rendering (SSR), universal/isomorphic JavaScript, SASS/SCSS, responsive design - Experienced in writing unit tests and integration tests in a large scale - Experienced with web performance improvement in JS and CSS - Strong communication skills, positive character, and empathy - Strong motivation for developing products with team spirit - Desire to improve, and suggest new ideas for your organization and teams - Strong UX and design sensibilities, with an attention to detail. |
