【MUST】 ・3+ years of experience developing apps in React Native or 3+ years of experience developing mobile apps ・1+ years of experience in JavaScript development ・Experience in defining requirements and designing specifications related to app development ・Experience in team development using GitHub/GitLab, etc. ・Experience working with designers to develop products ・Able to develop optimal UI considering user psychology/behavior ・Able to read English documents without difficulty ・For non-Japanese nationals, Japanese language skills at the level of JLPT N1 (able to communicate smoothly when promoting projects) are required. *Note: The company values the depth of experience, skills, and personality more than the years of experience. 【WANT】 ・Experience leading development projects as an engineer ・Experience contributing to OSS ・Experience as an engineer in a business company ・Experience in code review ・Experience in backend development such as Rails ・Experience developing mobile apps for the HR industry 【Ideal Applicants】 ・Willing to utilize experience leading a development team and looking for a challenge ・Enjoy an environment with a lot of change ・Desire to drive the company's growth from a product-driven perspective ・Curious about technology |
