Global software provider company is currently looking for IT help desk support candidate. As an L1 IT Help desk support, you will be responsible for IT troubleshooting and PC kitting for internal team. Description * Mainly handle PC kitting and PC support as an internal IT help desk support. * Troubleshoot L1 support to internal team and communicate with other team members in Japanese. * IT Infrastructure maintenance and support * Communication with end-users Profile * IT Passport certification or equivalent * In-house SE or support experience * PC Kitting experience * Experience in building/operating internal IT infrastructure * Ability to communicate with end-users by phone and email Job Offer * Good chance to start up career as IT support. * Supportive working environment. * Knowledge transfer and training. * Exposure to global clients * Competitive benefits and salary package To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
