| Job Description |
As the Market Development Manager, you will lead strategy development and implementation, drive capability building initiatives, and oversee sales promotions to enhance market presence and revenue growth in the surgical and urology sector. Description * Develop and implement short to long-term market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. * Drive sales KPI management, analyze sales activities, provide feedback to sales reps and managers, and manage revenue forecasts. * Plan and execute sales training programs, conduct customer visits, analyze sales performance, and develop evaluation parameters for sales reps. Profile * 5+ years of experience in sales/marketing within the medical device industry, preferably in surgical urology, with a strong understanding of disposable business. * 3+ years of people management experience, with a track record of successful stakeholder management and product life cycle management. * Proficiency in English communication to effectively drive business initiatives and engage with stakeholders.
