[Recruitment background] In order to take on new challenges across the entire department, such as incorporating a new technology-centered curriculum, we have decided to revamp our organizational structure. Therefore, we are recruiting for a new team. [Job description] We support working adults who aim to become business leaders to start their courses at Globis smoothly, concentrate on their studies, and ultimately feel that it was worth it to take the course. ① Various support related to the course You will mainly use email and chatwork to consult about the course and listen to questions about the system, and through communication with customers, you will get a feel for what issues and concerns they have, and support them with those issues and concerns. ② Designing services and systems to maximize ability development The way students learn and their lifestyles evolve greatly with the times. We are implementing measures while incorporating new technologies to provide a more comfortable learning environment and maximize ability development. Specific examples of recent adoptions include the creation of an FAQ site and handling inquiries using chatbots (manned and unmanned). ③ Implementing business improvements and new measures using data We are improving business operations by using data, mainly the number of inquiries from students, the response history of students with poor grades, and various surveys. We are constantly coming up with new ideas, such as implementing new measures to make learning smoother for busy working students. [Divisions to which you will be assigned] Business School Division: This division mainly operates the Globis Business School and is responsible for branding it as Globis' flagship product. |
