Job Description	当社の生産・需給管理部マネージャーとして下記業務をお任せします。・国内水産品加工工場（3 か所）の生産管理に関わる業務３工場の製造品質の向上、コスト改善、安全力向上、購買支援をお任せいたします。・各部署・工場でのセービングにかかわる立案、サポート・ERP システム（SAP）に関する工場サポート・COC 及び環境対策への取り組み

Job Requirements	【全て必須】・食品工場もしくは製造業での工場勤務経験が5年以上・生産管理部門の経験が5年以上・英語(日常会話以上、または業務で文書・メールのやり取りの経験がある方) ・PCスキル Word、Excel、PowerPointの基本操作ができる方・国内/海外出張が可能な方・ピープルマネジメント経験または後輩指導経験【歓迎】・SAPの実地使用経験・リーンシックスシグマ/改善に関する知識・ISO等の規格管理経験
