2025年の稼働を目指す化粧品工場の立ち上げを指揮して頂き、工場稼働後には工場全般のマネジメントをして頂きます。工場立ち上げから稼働に携わることができ、責任あるポジションとしてやりがいをもって働けます。 【具体的な業務内容】 ＜工場稼働まで＞・工場レイアウト、設備等（ハード面）の検討・行政、設計会社等との調整業務・人材採用、管理・工場運用（ソフト面）の検討 ＜工場稼働後＞・工場の運営、管理（製造、品質、労務、安全衛生等） ・社内及び本社（韓国）との調整業務 |
