Job Description As a Project Manager, you'll lead day-to-day operations, ensuring successful project delivery while fostering a collaborative team culture. Your role involves proactive communication with clients, managing project risks, and coordinating tasks to achieve targeted outcomes efficiently.


Description

* Actively manage project escalation issues, facilitate discussions, and resolve conflicts.
* Communicate a clear project vision to team members and collaborate with client leadership to develop comprehensive plans.
* Define and analyze client requirements, providing consistent follow-ups and progress reports.
* Assist teams in tracking progress and clearing project roadblocks.
* Ensure adherence to Liferay's Services methodology for successful project delivery.
* Coordinate project tasks and schedules according to priorities and phases.


Profile

* 3+ years of project management experience in IT.
* Proficiency in defining business requirements, working closely with engineers.
* Experience in Agile project environments and cross-cultural development teams.
* Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese for conversation.
* Preferred: Background in Data Engineering and familiarity with tools like JIRA/Confluence.
