Job Description	As the head of the e-commerce department, you'll oversee e-commerce operations for a respected retailer, focusing on sales, profit delivery, and strategic development. Reporting to the Country Manager/CEO, you'll spearhead initiatives to enhance the e-shop, manage marketplaces, and drive membership database growth. Description * Develop and execute channel strategies, prioritizing e-shop development and membership database growth. * Supervise e-shop improvements, including UI enhancements and system integrations. * Coordinate product purchase orders and forecasting to ensure stock availability and sales targets are met. * Drive activation and promotion plans aligned with marketing objectives. * Optimize fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. * Lead SEO improvements and performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. * Manage visual assets and maintain relationships with external agencies. Profile * Proven experience in e-commerce operations management, including own e-shop and marketplaces. * Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze digital analytics and drive future growth. * Proficiency in Microsoft packages, with knowledge of image processing tools preferred. * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English. * Exceptional project management abilities and attention to detail. * Demonstrated leadership and team management skills in a fast-paced environment.
